Why would I use a 'Not at Home' letter?

As with all communications with your client/s, keeping them informed is a vital part of the customer journey.

If a client/s is not at home when your representative arrives then you will need to re-schedule and advise them of any costs involved if the contractor does charge a call out fee.

This letter could also be in the form of an email if that is the communication preference for your client.
