The 3C Mentor, its directors and employees do not accept any liability for the results of any actions taken or not taken on the basis of the use of the documents downloaded from this site, or for any negligent mis-statements, errors or omissions.  The documents and self-guided workshops are provided without consideration of the specific circumstances relating to the customer’s accounting systems and financial viability.

The 3C Mentor and its directors and employees are not liable for any consequential loss howsoever caused (including by the negligence of The 3C Mentor), suffered or incurred by the customer and its directors in connection with any actions taken as a result of this report, including indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of reputation and lost opportunities (including opportunities to enter into arrangements with third parties).

The Customer is liable for and indemnifies The 3C Mentor and its directors and employees from and against all loss, or damage (including legal costs) incurred or suffered by The 3C Mentor howsoever caused in connection with any claim by a third party against The 3C Mentor in connection with the use of the documents purchased from this website and The 3C Mentor Pty Ltd.

The 3C Mentor has no obligation to provide updated versions of any documents purchased by a Customer and it is the duty of the Customer to ensure the documents are updated and amended to comply with any changes in legislation.
