Why would I need an 'Uncontactable Letter'?

There could be times when you are unable to contact your client/s to arrange for maintenance to be inspected or carried out. This letter is a very important one if at some point in the future your client/s request maintenance to be done and you can't show that you did all the reasonable things that could be done to contact the client/s to carry out your contractual and legal obligations.

It would also be a good idea to send this letter by registered post so you have an 'official' record of the letter being sent rather than just an email.
