Why would I use a Maintenance Request Letter?

As with all communication to your client/s, letting them know what is happening is just good customer service.

Once a client/s has requested some maintenance items, unless you communicate with them they will be not sure what is happening. Sending them an acknowledgment is just a polite action and let's your client/s know you are dealing with the request.
