Unfortunately the standard of construction documentation has fallen over past years and the amount of information on plans is insufficient to convey the information to trade contractors required for the construction of new homes.

Using standard construction details is a more efficient way to communicate to trade contractors how the construction must be done and it leads to better quality construction and consistent standards.
